Why Become a Member?
To support the clubhouse that is here to support your recovery and to ensure we can continue to make the following available (see application for more information):
- Provide a safe place to attend meetings any day and time of the week.
- Offer the use of the clubhouse as a quiet place to meditate, read, meet with a sponsor/sponsee, and use free Wi-Fi.
- Host holiday dinners and events that provide fun and fellowship.
- Every home group needs a home with air conditioning, heat, and running water.
- Membership dues provide for maintenance and upkeep of the Clubhouse’s buildings and property.
- Give back to what has been so freely given and preserve The Newnan Club as a safe, welcoming place for newcomers.
- Please note that membership is not required to attend meetings here, and you do not need to be a member of the AA/Al-Anon groups that hold their meetings at the clubhouse. Membership is completely voluntary and supports clubhouse expenses.
